There was a bit of uncertainty with the releases – with Play-Asia not being 100% sure – so removing Region Compatibility – but after a bit of research, it looks like PGR4 IS actually Region Free.

As usual i recommend play-asia (Mainly because their prices are pretty damn good – and shipping is cheaper than what most local stores charge!)
